Please do not book with us if you cannot respect the peace and quiet of other guests or hosts.
Loudness, arrogance, inconsiderate, violent, disrespectful behaviour is not welcome in our house.
Groups, groups of friends are not welcome, the house is not available for events.
Only adult guests are welcome.
Only registered guests may stay in the accommodation, no additional visitors are allowed. We do not rent out our rooms for weddings or photo shootings.
A booking request is only considered as a reservation if it has already been confirmed. This is necessary because it is not often, but it happens that the room you want has already been booked on another site and the website still shows a vacancy. It is only one of our tasks to manage our rooms for rent, so please be patient. Booking requests are always processed on a first come, first served basis. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your reservation without penalty until 10:00 local time on the 21th day prior to arrival.
If cancellation is made within 21 days of arrival, the deposit will be treated as a penalty.
If the guest has not secured the use of the accommodation services by paying in advance, the obligation to provide the accommodation services will end after 10:00 local time on the 21th day before the day of arrival.
If the guest has secured the use of the accommodation services by paying a deposit and does not arrive on the day of arrival, the accommodation shall reserve the room until 8:00 a.m. on the day following the day of arrival, after which the accommodation shall cease to be a service provider.
